Has my order shipped?
Hmmm... good question. You can check the status of your order by either 1) logging into your account and clicking on the "My Orders" tab, 2) clicking on "Order Status" at the bottom of the website, and entering your Order ID, last name and email, or 3) clicking on the Quick Order Look-up link to the left side of this page.
How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
Use one of the above methods to view your order status, then click the "change quantities / cancel orders" link to edit your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, it can no longer be changed through your account. Please contact email@example.com to open a help ticket.
How do I track my order?
All shipments will receive a tracking number. If it has not been emailed to you, or is not visible on your account, please contact our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
My order never arrived.
That's a terrifying feeling! Before you start getting upset, check on your order's status and tracking number. Depending on where you're located, additional time might be required for your package to go through customs or be delivered outside of a major metropolitan area. If your package(s) show a "delivered" status, please contact customer service for assistance, at email@example.com.
An item is missing from my shipment.
We try to make sure every order is complete before we ship, but hey, mistakes happen. If an item is missing, first check your order status to ensure that it was not shipped separately. If it shows only one package, please contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll make it right.
When will my back-order arrive?
Back-ordered items are those which our suppliers are unable to predict when they will have more in stock, but as soon as they do, we will be able to ship the item to you.
