I use this almost every time I'm going on the mats. I've been experiencing a lot of joint pain recently in my hands, so I just take above or below the joint and it's helped my hand pain for grappling. I even used the tape on my face when I got scratched and I was superficially bleeding. And it stayed on while I was rolling. So it's a great buy indeed.
