After training, there are days my shoulder gets really sore. This thing works perfect at icing it down while I relax on the couch. I would love another set of the packs in the clay version so I can heat the shoulder as well.

Since I purchased this, it has helped with the shoulder aches. The gel that comes with it is re-usable and I put my gel in the freezer for the cool therapy, as the gel can be warmed as well. Good product!
