5’9” 190Lbs, A2 washed and dried in the dryer once and it fit perfect and very comfortable. Purchased this gi initially as a travel gi or one that I can keep in the car but I like it so much I may use it as a daily driver.
The Gi has a very weird fit. I ordered an A2 and the Jacket is a little big which is not a big deal. The pants how Evers are lose around the waist but pretty snug around my quads. I have work the Gi about 4 times and have washed it following the instructions and I noticed a small rip starting to form on the left pant leg in the quad area.
16 training sessions on this gi including class drilling and 1 - 3 rolls post class. It is very white, and has stayed white through rolling and washes. Initially some of the embroidered crown logos had threads hanging loose. I've left them for fear of clipping and making it fray worse. Over time, they haven't worsened. The material itself is sturdy. Some stitching is wearing at the sleeve cuff already. The collar/lapels are sturdy, no fraying. I like the height of the collar, not too tall, doesn't dig into my jaw line. I ordered an A1, approx. 5'7" tall, 160lbs; The jacket feels a little short and I notice the bottom of the jacket will ride up and nearly slip out of my belt. Only my second gi, but my other is an A1 (diff brand) and not cut quite as tight/short. If I ordered again, I might see if Kingz has an A1-long or go A2 and machine dry it with heat to shrink. Good gi. Materials are quality. Stitching is decent. Would buy again, but would pay closer attention to jacket measurements and possibly go one size bigger.
This Gi is absolutely mint! Feels great and made with great material!
Loved it!!! Looking forward to getting another one!!!
