have owned and worn alot of gis. this is an upper end lightweight gi, 300 gsm, has the downsides all lighter gis do about grips but not too bad with ripstop cuff lining. pants are very high quality ripstop cotton-poly, the nice pillowy kind which is a plus or minus as per the grip factor. the gi is very comfortable, and i anticipate it will last for quite a while if treated correctly in rotation
Overall fit is ok and quality is good but size does matter! That being said I ordered a A2 Husky and was notified a few days later they were out of stock, I wouldn't have went through "Fighters Market" if I'd known that, but offered a refund or trade in sizes. I opted for a trade in size to A2 as I needed the Gi as a backup for a upcoming competition. I've used the Gi for practice and it has held up through a few weeks use but the size does matter as the pants are snug around my legs and would recommend you order the correct size and learn from my mistake of taking a smaller size.
